All Information collected shall be used for the relevant lawful purposes connected with various functions or activities of IndoStar related to services in which the customer is interested, and/or to help determine the eligibility of the customer for the product/services requested/ applied for/ shown interest in and/or to enable IndoStar in the customer’s verification and/or to process applications, requests, transactions and/or maintain records as per internal/legal/regulatory requirements and shall be used to provide the customer with the best possible services/products as also to protect interests of IndoStar.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
IndoStar may use and share the information provided by the customers with its affiliates and other third parties for providing services and any service-related activities such as payment gateway partner and notifying or contacting the customers regarding any problem with, or the expiration of, such services. In this regard, it may be necessary to disclose the customer information to one or more agents and contractors of IndoStar and their sub-contractors, but such agents, contractors, and sub-contractors will be required to agree to use the information obtained from IndoStar only for these purposes and shall not disclose it further to anyone. The customer authorises IndoStar to exchange, share, part with all or any information related to the details and transaction history of the customers to its Affiliates / banks / financial institutions / credit bureaus / agencies/participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold IndoStar liable for use or disclosure of this information. The customers acknowledge and agree that due to the existing regulatory environment, it cannot be ensured that all of their private communications and personally identifiable or other information will never be used or disclosed. In the event of such disclosure, IndoStar shall not, in any manner whatsoever be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information provided to it by its customers.
