Mr. Sandhu also has proven track record in building high-performing teams, achieving industry-leading delinquency reduction and strengthening OEM & dealer partnerships. He is known for consistently surpassing sales & collection targets and executing transformational business strategies. Prior to this Mr. Sandhu was associated as Executive Vice President in Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd. and has previously also worked with HDFC Bank Ltd., The Tractor Station, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited.
