Payment Methods

You can pay your instalments online by visiting our website: www.indostarcapital.com

If you have an existing loan with IndoStar Capital Finance Limited or IndoStar Capital Home Finance Limited, you can use this service to pay your outstanding instalments and/or dues.

As a pre-requisite, you may need to have one of the following payment facilities available:

  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking facility of listed banks
  • Payment Wallets
  • Cash Card
  • UPI

To make the payment, please follow the process steps as detailed below:

  • Visit our website www.indostarcapital.com
  • Click on the product link (Vehicle Finance, Home Finance, SME Finance) for which the payment needs to be made
  • Click on the “Quick Pay” ribbon on the right side of the screen
  • Enter the Loan details (Full Loan Number or Vehicle Number for Vehicle Finance) to fetch the outstanding amount/s
  • Enter the payment amount
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Click on “Proceed to Pay”
  • Select the desired payment Option (Debit Card/Net banking/Payment Wallets/Cash Card/UPI)
  • On successful payment, you will receive an online receipt after completing the transaction

The payment made to your loan account shall reflect in your loan statement within two working days with the value date of the payment.

However, sometimes the transaction is successful but a transaction number is not generated due to network connection failures. In such cases, you may check your bank account for reversal of the amount. Additionally, you may also check if the outstanding amount is reduced to extent of payment amount made. In case your loan account is not credited within three working days from the date of the actual transaction, do write to us immediately at contact@indostarcapital.com.

Now you can directly pay your outstanding dues using any of your favourite mobile apps like Google Pay, BHIM, PayTM, PhonePe, etc. as well as through any of the offline customer touchpoints using the BBPS bill payment facility. 

Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is an integrated bill payment system in India offering bill payment service to customers (both Individual and corporates) through a network of agents, enabling multiple payment modes and providing instant confirmation of payment made.

To make the payment, please follow the steps as defined below:

  • Login into your Bank / Wallet / Mobile App and go to “Pay Bill” option
  • Select Biller Type as “Pay Loans” / “Loan Repayment” / “Loans”
  • As per the product for which payment is being made, search for:
    • IndoStar Capital Finance Limited – CV
    • IndoStar Home Finance
    • IndoStar Capital Finance Limited – SME
  • Enter the Loan Account Number and fetch the outstanding dues (Outstanding EMI + Charges)
  • Please validate if the customer name displayed is correct and belongs to you
  • Enter the amount to be paid (Minimum amount capped at Rs. 100 and maximum amount capped as total outstanding dues)
  • Select the payment method (Google Pay, BHIM, PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)
  • On successful payment, the amount is posted into the loan account
  • You can also download the payment advice and store the same

The payment made to your loan account shall reflect in your loan statement within two working days with the value date of the payment.

Now you can pay directly into your loan account number through your bank account using the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS facility offered by your bank.

As a pre-requisite, you may need to have Net banking facility with any of the Listed Banks providing online fund transfer facility.

To make the payment, please follow these process steps:

  • Login to your net banking facility and go to Fund Transfer option. 
  • Select the option to add beneficiary/payee.
  • Add the beneficiary / payee by adding the following details:
    • Account Number: Input Virtual Code followed by your loan account number.
      • For Vehicle Finance, the virtual code is ZICFCV.
        • For example: If your loan account number is “CVTNAGR00123456”, you may enter the account number as “ZICFCVCVTNAGR00123456”.
      • For Home Finance, the virtual code is ZIHFPL.
        • For example: If your loan account number is “ LNVIZ0HL-12345678910”, you may enter the account number as “ZIHFPL LNVIZ0HL12345678910”. Please note that special characters are not allowed and hence the same may be removed while inputting
      • For SME Finance, the virtual code is ZICSME.
        • For example: If your loan account number is “LSSUR05120-123456789”, you may enter the account number as “ZICSMELSSUR05120123456789”. Please note that special characters are not allowed and hence the same may be removed while inputting
    • Account Name:  Please mention IndoStar Capital Finance Limited or IndoStar Home Finance Limited as the name.
    • IFSC Code, Bank and Branch Name: Based on the loan type, the IFSC Code, Bank Name and Branch Name should be input as detailed below:
      • For Vehicle Finance: IFSC Code is “INDB0000001”, Bank and Branch Details are IndusInd bank Ltd., Atlanta Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021.
      • For Home Finance: IFSC Code is “INDB0000006”, Bank and Branch Details are IndusInd Bank Ltd., IndusInd House, 425, DadaSaheb Bhadkamkar Marg, Mumbai -400004.
      • For SME Finance: IFSC Code is “INDB0000001”, Bank and Branch Details are IndusInd bank Ltd., Atlanta Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021.
    • Payee Name: For Vehicle Finance and SME Finance, “IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd” needs to mentioned while for Home Finance, mention as “IndoStar Home Finance Ltd.”.

Once the payee details are added successfully, you may proceed with the transaction/s for credit to your Loan Account Number.

The payment made to your loan account shall reflect in your loan statement within two working days with the value date of the payment.

However, sometimes the payment transaction is not successful due to incorrect loan number, incorrect IFSC Code, etc. In such cases, the payment made are returned back to your bank account. In case if your loan account is not credited within three working days from the date of the actual transaction, you should inform us immediately by writing to contact@indostarcapital.com along with the copy of the bank statement from which the amount was debited.
